Fees & Insurance

Individual Therapy Sessions
Each therapy session is 45–50 minutes and is billed at $155 per session.

Insurance
I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Aetna

  • Optum, including:

    • UnitedHealthcare

    • Oxford

    • Oscar

    • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Cigna

  • BlueCross BlueShield

If you're covered by one of the providers listed above, your sessions may be partially or fully covered depending on your specific plan. Once your insurance information is provided and verified, you'll receive an estimate of your session costs before getting started to ensure clarity and ease.

It’s also a good idea to contact your insurance provider directly using the member services number on the back of your card to better understand your coverage.

FAQs

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA accounts.

To schedule sessions and remain an active client, a card must be placed on file for automatic payment.

    1. “What are my ‘in-network mental health benefits?’”

    2. “Do I have a deductible I have to meet and if so, what is the remaining amount I would have to pay before fees reduce?”

    3. “Are there any limitations on how many services a year that will be covered?”

  • If your insurance is not accepted and it has “out of network benefits,” you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement. Upon your request, a super-bill can be provided to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

    Question you can ask:
“Does my plan include a deductible for out-of-network mental health services? If so, how much of it is left before my insurance starts reimbursing me for out-of-pocket costs?”

  • Therapy unfolds differently for everyone, shaped by your personal experiences, readiness, and how often you engage. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are to guide steady, lasting progress.

  • Upon completing the consultation call and onboarding paperwork, you will receive instructions via email on how to access the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom.

  • Therapy services are currently available to those residing in Georgia, following telehealth regulations.
