Healing Begins When We Listen to Ourselves

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT

ACT helps you build a meaningful life by teaching you how to accept difficult thoughts and feelings without judgment. It focuses on identifying your core values and taking committed steps toward what matters most to you.

Internal Family Systems, IFS

With IFS, you learn to notice the different parts of yourself that try to protect, warn, or judge. As you pay attention to your inner experiences and how it shows up in your body, those aprts can start to relax and work together.

Each session begins by exploring what’s been coming up for you recently, emotions, patterns, or stressors, so we can understand how your present experience is shaped by both your inner world and relationships.

How It Works

Together, we’ll look at early relationships, cultural messages, and life experiences to better understand the parts of you that protect, react, or carry pain including beliefs and needs shaped by your past.

As self-awareness grows, you’ll begin to respond , not just react, to life’s challenges. Therapy supports you in making values-based choices, guided by a deeper understanding of your emotions, parts, and inner wisdom.
